Who am I?
Hi, I'm Julie! As a graphic designer, I've had the opportunity to create visually appealing materials that help local businesses and nonprofits connect with their communities. My experience working in the food industry, from local coffee shops to fine dining restaurants, gives me a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local eateries.
About the Project:
This project is all about celebrating and supporting the of local eateries in city/towns. I've created a series of flyers highlighting local eats in the city/towns where I've lived (I have lived in over 20 cities/towns between 3 states). I hope this resource will help you discover and support the hidden gems in your community.
While I may not be able to include every local eatery, I try my best to include everyone. There are limitations to do this, especially since I'm doing it as a passion project! If you don't see your business on a flyer, but you're located in one of the towns/cities I've featured, please submit your business by filling out the google form!
If you're a food truck, please see fill out the food truck flyer form to be put on the food truck fliers! The food truck flier is at the gathering data stage right now. All this takes time and free time to say the least. Please be patient as I navigate this project.
